6. COSTS
Prices:
The price of each product is displayed with the product. In the event of a sale or special offer, the discounted price is displayed.
Deliveries / Shipping When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are size- and weight-based, which will be confirmed on the final purchase order invoice.

7. DELIVERIES

Reach For A Dream makes every effort to assure that the information supplied on the site is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform the buyer. DELIVERY TIME(S)

8. PAYMENT METHODS
Credit card payments.
At the time of placing the order, the transaction details are presented to the bank via MyGate and an authorization is obtained for the amount of the order.

Payment is only collected when the order is completed and the goods shipped.

Note that to protect its own and the interests of customers, Reach For A Dream scrutinizes all transactions very carefully to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be refused if Reach For A Dream is not satisfied with its legitimacy. At the time of placing the order via Credit Card, you will be navigated to a secure online payment system called MyGate. You need to (register) if not already registered, and create a USER ID and PASSWORD on the Reach For A Dream website in order to proceed with your payment. Remember, your password and User ID are exclusive to you – please do not share them with anyone. With the account you create on the site, you will be able to view items in your ‘basket’ and edit orders.

Bank deposit payments (EFT Payments).
If the buyer can choose to pay directly into Reach For A Dream banking account, the following should be ensured from the buyers side:
the exact amount being paid is the same as the total stipulated under in the ‘shopping basket’.
the payment must be identified by supplying the order number and surname in the reference section of the deposit-slip or on the electronic transfer.
no transfers must be made from ATM’s cheque deposits are subject to a clearing period.
no bank deposits are accepted from outside the borders of South Africa. unpaid bank deposit orders are cancelled after five business days.
The buyer must ensure that they fax through or email the proof of payment through to Reach For A Dream, in order for the shipping process to begin.

9. PAYMENT BEFORE DELIVERY

Reach For A Dream requires payment in full, prior to the dispatch of any order.
Note that any Cash Payments will incur an additional cost of R5 per R100 of the order due to bank charges. EFT is the preferred method of payment.
Alternatively, you can process your payment directly into Reach For A Dream’s bank account.

10. AGREEMENTS OF SALE
Placing an item in a shopping basket or adding it to a wishlist without completing the purchase cycle does not:
constitute an agreement of sale between Reach For A Dream and users cannot hold Reach For A Dream liable if such items are not available when the purchase cycle is completed later; and/or
constitute an order for such an item; and Reach For A Dream may remove such an item from the shopping basket or wishlist if no stock is available.
An agreement of sale between Reach For A Dream and a user only comes into effect if and when:
a credit card authorisation is received from the issuing bank; or
a deposit of an electronic transfer is reflected on Reach For A Dream’s bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle); or
a direct deposit is reflected on Reach For A Dream’s bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle.
Reach For A Dream reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. Reach For A Dream also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate. Reach For A Dream shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user.
Reach For A Dream shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, Reach For A Dream will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid.
Registered customers can view a full record of their transactions over the past month on the Reach For A Dream website, under the “my account” page once logged in on the website.

11. STOCK AVAILABILITY
Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. Reach For A Dream shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Reach For A Dream shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices.

12. SPECIAL OFFERS
Reach For A Dream shall not be liable for the sale of items at lower prices if such prices were increased and users and/or purchasers could not, for any reason whatsoever, conclude an agreement of sale while such prices remained low.
If Reach For A Dream supplies the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, Reach For A Dream will exchange it for the correct one. However, if the product is no longer being offered at the special price, it will not be replaced and Reach For A Dream will refund the purchase price including delivery costs.

13. GUARANTEE / REFUND
If Reach For A Dream supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way damaged or faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, Reach For A Dream must be notified within 14 days of invoice. Reach For A Dream will exchange it for the correct one upon receipt of the returned product. Reach For A Dream will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, Reach For A Dream will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned product. Please note: goods are not guaranteed against faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
Special offers: If Reach For A Dream supplies the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, Reach For A Dream will exchange it for the correct one upon receipt of the returned product.
Note that once original packaging is opened, the goods will not be accepted for a refund.

14. GOVERNING LAW
This site is hosted, controlled and operated from the Republic of South Africa and therefore governed by South African law.

15. PRIVACY
Reach For A Dream shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of Users.
Reach For A Dream may electronically collect, store and use the following personal information of Users:
name and surname;
birth date;
gender;
country of residence;
closest city;
non-personal browsing habits and click patterns;
e-mail address;
IP address; and
ID number / passport number.
Reach For A Dream collects, stores and uses the abovementioned information for the following purposes:
to greet the User when he/she accesses the Reach For A Dream web site;
subject to the User’s consent, inform the User of facts relating to his/her access and use of the Reach For A Dream website;
subject to the User’s consent, inform the User about competitions and special offers from Reach For A Dream and/or its partners / affiliates;
to compile non-personal statistical information about browsing habits, click-patterns and access to the Reach For A Dream web site.
to verify the identity of the User when transacting with Reach For A Dream
to ensure that the goods are received by the addressee
The User may elect not to receive any communications from Reach For A Dream and/or its partners / affiliates.
Reach For A Dream may collect, maintain, save, compile and share any information collected from users, subject to the following provisions:
Reach For A Dream shall not disclose personal information from Users unless the User consents thereto;
Reach For A Dream shall disclose information without the User’s consent only through due legal process; and
Reach For A Dream may compile, use and share any information that does not relate to any specific individual.
Reach For A Dream owns and retains all rights to non-personal statistical information collected and compiled by Reach For A Dream.

16. SECURITY
Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this web site or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any page on this web site shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that Reach For A Dream suffers any damage or loss.
The user agrees and warrants that its log-in name and password shall:
be used for personal use only; and
not be disclosed to any third party.
The user allows Reach For A Dream to take all reasonable steps to ensure the integrity and security of the Reach For A Dream site and back-office applications.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reach For A Dream may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

18. TERM AND TERMINATION
This agreement shall commence when the user registers on the Reach For A Dream site and continues indefinitely until terminated by Reach For A Dream.
